You can't exist in three dimensional space without time. Time is a measure of distance in space. Earth is not standing still. It’s literally flying through space at 66,616 mph.
Think of space as water (it’s not water, but for this example imagine it is) when a large object moves through space, the object has an effect on how space is shaped, it moves the space around it. Gravity is the slope of the “wake” left behind as the object travels forward.
If that’s us traveling through space, spiraling around the sun… how can time not be real?

Time being an illusion is actually supported by science.
It obviously exists in our experience but it may not be as fundamental to reality as people think it is
you can deduce pretty much anything down to "its something we made up" be that god, money, arabic numerals, rugby, or the ice capades. you gotta be careful spreading this kinda stuff around. god help us if JBO ever got access to a time machine. all that semen staining the pages of history. god help us.

Not only is time real, but it is supported by one of the most important laws of physics, Entropy.
Some people would argue that things just are. Like a VHS/DVD with a movie on it. It's already on the tape.
