It is customary in most arguments to attack everything but a man's argument. Talking about someones state of "p*ssy getting", especially in front of an audience, is meant to sway the
audience to disregard all future arguments by one party an account of him having a dry dikk.
Most times it is used to simply piss someone off, or because the retorting party does not have a counter argument, so a personal attack is better than falling back(for them.)

I can definitely say sexual frustration fuels anger in a lot of men, and virgins, especially after a certain age, tend to be the most sexually frustrated.
I simply flip it around, and say that the virginity itself is what is making the men angry. (There is a forum that was posted about that was full of angry men who identify themselves as virgin "wizards" or something).
It is rather dismissive though.

I don't really know honestly.
It's what they call themselves once they reach a certain age having not had sex. I'll try to post the link to the site if I can find it.
