why do people buy CONSOLES online instead of instore?

Last time I bought a console was launch day PS4. Preordered on Amazon cause I didn't feel like standing in line, dealing with a crowd and shyt.

But for consoles that are already out I'd just go to Best Buy for the immediate satisfaction.
