In the winter ppl go for the northern lights. I was supposed to go but went to Finland instead because Iceland was just so expensive.

In the summer months ppl go because the sun doesn’t set all so it’s bright 24/7 and all the glaciers melt so the waterfall and hikes are beautiful. Plenty of hot springs and glaciers, there is also an active volcano. So if your into nature it’s a good one to visit.

Like yea, some of those eastern euro countries really ain’t it, but I been around Western Europe and the Mediterranean and if you’re into history, anthropology, and/or architecture, it’s a very interesting region to visit and there are some really beautiful sites
