How insecure are you that you need "customer service" and people tapdancing for you at a fukking fast food joint? You guys really fulfilled at a person pretending they care about your day in the slightest?

Take your shyt and move on.

another thing about wendy's is the last time I went there, their burgers were damn near as good as in-and-out burgers (had those in texas recently). in and out has better fries and they are less stingy with the fries tho for a comparable price. wendy's don't have the in-and-out burger sauce either.

If theres any insecurity involved in patroning a McDonalds, rest assured that its coming from the employee. :ld:
As far as general etiquette, theres more disrespectful workers than there are disrespectful customers. But this is a personal observation that will differ person to person. Theres undesirables on both sides for sure. Some customers do too much but make no mistake about it, some employees do entirely too much as well. The encounters have less to do with than being a patron vs employee and more to do with individuals themselves.

In fact, I've noticed that people who work in the service industry, fast food and retail, tend to be same muthafukkas going elsewhere and being difficult as shyt. The irony is palpable. :mjlol:

I don't expect them to kiss my ass but get me my food as I ordered, and don't be all ghetto and give me an attitude

This one drive thru almost pushed me to go park, walk inside and act a damn fool over a #3 combo :birdman:

Fast food isnt actually the service industry per se. And even if we put them there, they still arent the most deserving. Ask the server or bartender at a chain restaurant like Friday's if the fast food industry workers deserve tips more than them. They dont provide you a service at all. :pachaha:

Whats so special about servers? Their job is barely different than a person working the McDonald's register imo.

Youre clearly uninformed about whats required of people in the service industry so I honestly don't know why youre even in here commenting. :ld:

I take it you're in the industry or once were?

They bring food from the kitchen to my table. And during down time they wrap silverware. What else am I missing?

Nothing disturbing about that video.
It probably isn't to you because you have your own issues to deal with.

But if you pay close attention to the end of the video when the camera person turns away from the camera, you can tell that guy kept beating on those other people after they were already subdued because you could even see the fear in the employee's body language. They got scared and pulled out their phones to call the cops at the end because dude was beating them while they were already down and out.

All justified and they deserved it.

Jobs dealing with the public are a headache. I was just at the credit union and this African dude was very disrespectful with the clerk, getting loud and shouting "Serve me now! I am too be served right now!"

The public really talks any way they want with people at work because they know they don't wanna lose their job. Weak shyt.
