Insane Poetry dropped a tape back in 92 called Grim Reality, dude was on Rodney O and Joe Cooley's Get Ready To Roll. The concept to the Grim Reality tape was dope.

Side A was all the crazy sh1t and the B side were songs on why cats nutt up in the first place...

Police brutality, lay-offs, bad relationships, manic depression, etc. all types of sh1t. Kinda reminded me of Death Certificate how they did the concept, death side and life side.

i think I’ve got that in my iTunes. I’ll have to check it out it sounds dope

x raided made the genre too taboo and oft putting.
To be named simply horrorcore as well.

So horrorcore's draw was held hostage by xraided's acts and culture thievery.

I think Psycho Active is the first horrorcore album I listened to. As a kid, I remember thinking some of the stuff was really demented. I still like “Still Shootin” though.
