I mean every person's body is different. Different genetics, different everything. Everyone wont respond the same way. Which is why I stopped paying attention to reviews before I decided to buy something. Its a crap shoot no matter how you slice it.
They should put "doesn't actually do shyt" on every supplement

Well when I say supplements I'm not just talking about those diet pills. It could be creatine or protein powder both of which work if you use it properly
