Why do people shyt on Indiana Jones 4?

I never saw the movie when it came out due to not being interested in the series during that time (yea, I know ), but I recently copped the BR and saw it. I thought it was pretty damn good; in fact, IMO, maybe better than the 3rd (comedy wise, na). I remember peeps shytting on it. So why the hate?

I didn't hate it though. That might be because I wasn't born or old enough to be able to appreciate the original trilogy. The Originals are superior with Raiders being the best of the lot IMO.

Also that Young Indiana Jones tv series I have watched.

Mostly because. Shia LeBouf. I don't like that guy. Also. fukking Aliens. Who cares about the nuke.

no idea i heard people complain about the aliens but they were fine with ghosts coming out of the ark, dudes having there heart ripped out an living and the cup of chirst keeping you young but aliens naw.

For me, Indy was too old, and didn't have the swagger he had in the first 3 movies. Seemed more like Clint Eastwood than Indiana Jones.
