Both, those 2 statements aren't contradictions. God still favors you because he blesses you to have a fortunate life (i.e. posting on the coli from your computer/phone from the comfort of your home). However, you can't pray to God, then renounce God, then expect God to answer your specific prayers after renouncing Him. You wouldn't even bother to pray if your truly didn't believe in God. The act of praying is acknowledging God's existence

Like people talk about the power of prayer but there's no evidence of it. Specifically why doesn't god heal any amputees? he supposedly heals cancer patients and other diseases, but you never hear of someone's leg growing back . No blessings?

Those people are being wronged by the leaders of their country. They're unfortunately suffering because of the evilness of people who are supposed to have their best interest at hand. Free will gives you the option to commit evil. Free will is why there's people who profit off the suffering of others. People who cause the suffering of others will face God's judgment when they die, and will most likely be damned to hell

There's a million circumstances that could someone could lose a limb, you need to be more specific. Also, thanks to God, technology has become advanced enough to give amputees prostectic limbs. Since humans can't regenerate full limbs, that's about the best that can be done

Limbs don't grow back because that's not how being a human works. Your eyes don't grow back, that's why they have prostectic eyes. Your skin doesn't grow back fully if you get a severe burn, that's why they have skin grafts. Thank God that humans are intelligent enough to create technology that solves the limitations of our flesh

What do you mean? He is omnipotent right? He allegedly works miracles on other terminal illnesses, cures cancer, leprosy etc. It's either he's not omnipotent OR he is but doesn't care to help amputees. Which is it?
