......he did the same thing Phil did which wuz take a team built to win to a championshio....ain't like the pistons wuz bums before Brown came onboard....id give Larry more credit for that 76ers teams gettin to the finals and actually puttin up a fight against arguable the greatest team in the history of the nba....that lakers squad swept everybody but that wack 76ers team actually made it interesting just about every game....that wuznt the same Lakers team from 2001 that Larry beat,and not to take away from Larry but he's not the reason,Lakers beat theyself that year.
