It's literally a once in a lifetime event & people can't stay in for a few months? In the UK you can still go out for groceries and exercise once a day so I'm really perplexed by some people's attitudes.

Nothing is stopping anyone from going outside.

"Outside" = bars, clubs, brunch, malls, etc.
