So the buyrrates can skyrocket, and Lesnar can afford the money to take the Penis Sword off his chest 
Because they have legit real life heat that has never been explored and brock can be sold as a legit threat to taker.

Once you have great chemistry with another wrestler, that ain't gonna go away. And honestly, I don't see much difference between 02' Taker and once-a-year-go-all-out at Wrestlemania Taker (as in ring performers).
Lesnar is one of the few guys that can pull off legit nearfalls against Taker - more than HHH and Punk imo, and both those guys still had people believing they could win - and can work a good brawl against the Deadman.
To be honest, I think the best match Taker could have is against Cena but Lesnar is a very good 2nd option.

Taker's one match per year usually trumps most of the matches that you see every year. Taker & Brock had what was in my opinion the second best HIAC match of all time. They have great chemistry. Sadly, I think he needs to call it a career after his run this year. He's given WWE and the fans everything for 23 years. I think that's a good legacy to go out on.

It is! I can't see WWE ever turning Cena heel, even though he's already a heel to a lot of fans, but it'd be the perfect way to do it. The reaction it would generate if he broke the streak or turned on Hogan at this Wrestlemania would be beautiful to behold. Especially from the guys who already hate Cena with a passion.
