i dont get tipped for doing bone crushing manual labor for 10 hours a day. why should you get a tip for doing the easiest job ever? :why:

If it's so easy, why aren't you a waiter or deliveryperson?

You are cheap and willfully uneducated. You're in the same class as elderly dumbasses who demand the world from a server, then pull the 'good service is expected why should I tip', then wonder why no one wants to wait on them or why their food tastes funny. Or who think 'keep the change' is acceptable.

Come back when your 'crushing manual labor' pays you a tenth of what you should be earning, and you can legally be paid substantially less than minimum wage. Come back when you have to deal with the possibility of physical assault from thieves on your jobsite during your 10 hours.

no. ive never tipped before. never even ordered pizza hut to my door before.

yes they do. its part of the job. :dead: at least in the uk it is. all mileage is paid for.

shyt in Europe and shyt in America two totally different animals.

The compensation is different in Europe versus the States.

Besides, how many illegals you got to worry about working under the table for cash for the same job you do?

How many guns are in the UK?

:heh:

Bonecrushing labor. Whatever. You probably push a button for a drone all day.

so am i but i dont get tipped for it
just find a way to shame the people you are serving into giving you tip then. or find a job that traditionally earns you tips.

just for a minute, forget the concepts of "deserve" and "fairness". look at it very coldly from a game perspective. they stand there awkwardly because it's in their advantage. tradition says people will tip them for that specific job. this is why they do it. your job doesn't tip. getting frustrated about it won't change that. either organize with your colleagues to gain leverage and force change OR change jobs. this is how the world works breh.

I always tip the driver, except the last time when he took 2 hours to get here. Should've ordered Domino's instead of Pizza Hut anyway.

i personally don't like the concept of tipping. not bcause i'm cheap. i'd rather they just include it in the actual price.

your beef should be with your employer. paying customers don't owe you a tip. your employer is the one paying you less than what you want.

i never said you should tip. your original question was why do they stand there awkwardly. that's the reason they do it. because most people follow traditions and customs. they have an incentive to stand there awkwardly.

again, forget the concepts of "deserve" and "should" and "fairness". just focus on incentives and leverage. once you figure out the mechanics of the game, you can then enter it and play it to your advantage.

They're paid half wage cause they have a tipped job (in America). If their car breaks down they foot the bill. Nobody pays for their gas :mjlol: they're subcontracted essentially.
I always tip well, worked in service industries for too long to not give them that respect. They essentially just wasted 30 minutes of their time delivering that to you for no tip.... My rule of thumb is to only ask for change back if its like 30-40% of the cost of the pizza. If it costs 16 be can keep the 4.

since forever :dahell: why do americans assume they are the only people to do things. everything that americans do is stolen from another culture and yous try to front like you invented everything :dead:

:francis: Breh this is not about stealing, inventing any thing or "American excellence". I know a few Brits and welsh dudes and their main excuse for not tipping when we go out is that they do not tip in the uk. :camby:
