Celtics fan here. We hate Ray cuz he's bytch made. Told us it was about the money and wanting to start, then took less money to sit on the bench in Miami. We had just got eliminated by Miami in the ECF and had maybe 1-2 years of contention with the Big 3 left. Miami is our biggest rival right now (LA will be our lifelong rival) so thats why it sucked. Its like Johnny Damon going to the Yankees. Any other team and it would be cool, just not our biggest rival at the time.

Don't get me wrong though, when he hangs it up, I'll like Ray again. Great player, best 3 point shooter in history, and he won my city a title.

Boston was including him in any and all trade talks, you guys weren't trying to keep him around for another 1-2 years. I would've left that bum ass squad too the way they were treating him.
