Why do so many drivers drive with their high beams on at night?

fukk high-beams....why can't some drivers understand they are causing traffic by being so stubborn and actually going the speed limit.....don't you see that line of cars behind you that just want to get past you because you and the man in the next lane decided to go the exact same speed.....

shyt like that irritates me...
