You can’t always talk to the women in your life
You need other men to keep you aligned with yourself
Men forget that especially in relationships or becoming parents
That’s why it’s imperative to find a woman that encourages you to seek council outside of her
Encourages you to keep up with your friends

You will be destroyed when it’s over
Men have to learn the balance of self reliance and friendship
Men also tend to stay in friendships that have run their course out of fear of loneliness
But you just got to learn to cut a muthafukka loose and seek new friends in natural means
Mens self esteem is way more wrapped in community than lead to believe
It’s only so many nikkas that really can survive that lone wolf life
Men need outlets for catharsis
And as misogynistic as those mens clubs may have been in yesteryears
We don’t have those anymore
We don’t have those watering holes where a man can just say some fukked up shyt with the homies and laugh
Everything is placed around both genders now

Boomers and Gen X are unrealistically optimistic because they saw the world progress during their first 18 years of life. I'd say the issue is that men want power while women want novelty.
The stuff that makes women happy like clothes, experiences, etc. are easy to get with money.
Power (confidence, respect from peers, etc.) is not something easily achievable with money.
There's a lot of 6 figure lames who can't get respect from others. I heard the creator of Craigslist moved from IBM in Detroit to Silicon Valley because he saw technologists have social value over there.
