You've seen Bernie supporters online already coronating him or just claiming him the best choice like people regularly do with their favorite candidates:skip:
Same people on the Coli that complained about Hillary are doing the same thing right now.

People get turned off by hypocrites.

But largely, Bernie has failed to answer a lot of important questions and I find these types of threads from Bernie Bros as deflection from something voters care about.

There's a reason he isn't as popular and isn't considered a shoe in to win the nomination and it isn't because of Scorned Hillary voters.

I think this is off.

Progressives complained during the previous primary that Hillary and her supporters felt she was entitled to the nomination.

Now that we're heading into 2020 primaries large swathes of Bernie supporters have been running that same narrative - - that it's his turn.

If popularity is the metric, then Biden is the guy. But cleary it's not about popularity.

My advice for Bernie supporters, stop talking about Hillary.
Biden, that fukk who drafted the crime bill?

Most Hillary voters didn't and don't have a problem with Bernie.

If they did he wouldn't have the popularity numbers he does.

Studies have shown over the years that Twitter opinions often don't fall in line with public opinion. Especially over time. Largely because it's a flash in the pan/knee jerk reaction platform.
Well that's what we're talking about tho. Not talking about the average person.

Twitter where Rick Wilson, Ana Navarro retweeters say he is why Trump won and tell us he didn't do anything to help Hillary. This is what they harp on. It doesn't even matter what's fact or fiction. This is why he's a "Russian asset" and everyone who likes him and criticizes someone else is a bot.

Why would he be a shoe in though? He didn't buy the DNC and has actual top tier senators and former Vice President to compete against not Lincoln Chaffe the no scandals gawd :blessed:

Hillary didn't win because she bailed the DNC out financially after she won the nomination.

She announced earlier, had higher name recognition, and connected better with southern voters and southern blacks.

Nothing since then has shown that Bernie is willing to win those votes.

His low profile during the shutdown, his campaign sexual harassment gaffes, votes against sanctioning Russians, an economic anxiety talk aside he still hasn't addressed his weaknesses.

Bernie isn't a shoe in for valid reasons. But instead of discussing them you've immediately deflected to what about Hillary.

Rick Wilson is a conservative. :why:

He says the exact same things that @DEAD7 and @ill say about Bernie. :umad:

Haven't even brought up Hillary once. You're more concerned about that broad than I. It's obvious Bernie is one of the leads just going by every poll. I don't know why you are acting like it's any different. Also waiting for this claim that Bernie supporters want him to be automatically crowned and that everyone else should drop out because it's his time or whatever you were saying.

Come on now.

Corrupt, corrupt, corrupt. There's no way Biden or Warren was gonna run against something like this.

It's crazy to think the whole organizations sole purpose was basically to get Hillary elected while the GOP continued to destroy them in congress at every level and gubernatorial races. But hey who cares about the states when we can have the first female president :yeshrug:

As long as he doesn't buy the whole DNC the primaries will let people decide if that's where they want to go :youngsabo:

You have an entire history running this narrative about Hillary. Just because you didn't type her name doesn't mean that isn't what you're referring to.

Of course I've brought up Hillary in the past :snoop: I was talking about our conversation. You're such a Hill Stan for no reason. Literally coming to her rescue even when it's not warranted.

I'm just waiting for all those Bernie supporters who don't want anyone to face him :yeshrug:

You brought up the same Hillary brought up the whole brought DNC and that's why Bernie lost talking point in our exchange. :russ:

Hillary ran a better primary than Bernie. It's time to admit it if you're serious about him in 2020.:yeshrug:

Where are the "large swathes" :mjcry:

Maybe it's annecdoal, maybe you just wanted to Stan Hillary on a Sunday night. Either way I have a feeling we'll be revisiting this for months on in. See you in the other threads where we mostly agree on things.

It's not even about stanning Hillary. I routinely criticize her, but I'm just mind blown how people can accurately say Hillary failed in the Midwest, while at the same time absolving Bernie of his failures in the south particularly with older black Voters.

That's all.

Hillary's losses we're signs of her peril in general. The south doesn't matter right now in that case. In 2020 if Bernie still can't make in roads with Boomer and Gen X blacks then he deserves to lose. His only path otherwise would be to grab Cali and New York and a big way.

While this may true because 65 million people voted for Hillary, the loudest voices which shape liberal policy in this country do. I don't even know how this is questionable. The "bernie lost Hillary the election" theory is quite literally a thing among Hillary voters and it bears...no...truth
