Why do some black people claim obviously mixed people as black?

of course, you do realise the entire continent is not tropical nor sub saharan right? highlanders and desert dwellers are further away from the equator, which is the definitive factor for skin tone.so these people aren't considered black in Africa

Yes some white people who never saw black people in real life. I and other dudes who traveled for work met a good bit of them in their little white only towns.

mixed breeds are and have always been a minority in the greater AA ethnic group and alot the AAs misedcuated dummies speculate to be mixed whether due to lighther skin or other features could just a well inherited them from certain Africans they descend from with those same featrures
