Idk why. I'm a Sophomore right now and I'm seriously pondering dropping out. I have no reason why I'm here, I hate all my classes and college in general. But at the same time if I do drop out I have no idea what I'm going to do. :snoop:

A havard lvl education is available online for the price of an internet connection. College is about profits nothing more.
nikka you can't prove to people that you were able to comprehend and understand the material taught online, a degree is needed for that

I could but I'm not really sure what that would solve. I don't like college in general. Taking all these irrelevant useless classes, being forced to do the same things I already did in High School. It wouldn't be so bad if I could focus solely on the classes that are applicable to my major.

The same reason people hold voting in such high esteem. College is a mere cargo cult for many people and since university is inundated with self congratulatory women of course there will be a culture of degrees as substitutes for curing cancer. The triumph of mediocrity.

College is hustle but you can be smart about it.
If I didn't desire to work in helathcare I probably would have skipped it, went AF, and used the GI bill for tuition down the line.
People that take out loans and start but don't finish lose more than anyone.
If you don't know what you want to do after high school, you're better off getting a job, taking up a trade, or going military until you figure it out.
Tens and thousands dollars of debt and no degree to show for it ain't the business.

Hmm continue working an exhausting $11 an hour graveyard shift warehouse job my whole life or finish my degree and get a starting salary of $50,000. Tough choice! :stopitslime:

nikkas talking about trade jobs, physical labor breaks your body down. Im 23 and in good shape but that labor is already taking a toll on me, the fukk do I look like being 40+ doing that kind of work. Get a degree, dont listen to these nikkas that have no plan in place. They are just preaching to a misguided choir.

Post 2008, people will degrees in accounting and IT are working in warehouses. Face it, too many people have college degrees and not enough jobs available. Colleges are scamming people and crippling generations of families instead of the other way around.

Wouldn't an exam at the place of business your trying to work for be proof enough. Answer is yes.

To this point I'm just going to leave this here.
