Because exotic has those "non african" looking features most of the time or w/e the hell that means. It's just another facet of white supremacy masquerading as curiosity and innate desirability. The reason I say that is because it's usually black, brown or yellow people that seem to be on that exotic kool-aid, whereas white folks wouldn't really care for things that would be considered exotic to them, relative to their location. Idk
