Why do the Eagles lose so much talent over the years?

Has anybody notice the Eagles never have players spend their entire career with the team? Reggie White (RIP),Cunningham,McNabb,Jackson,Westbrook,Trotter,Dawkins,Maclin,McCoy.Almost any player that has crafted a spot in team history has been shown the door I know free agency plays a part but why is it that Eagle players don't wanna spend their career in Philly?Pittsburgh can keep players but why not Philly?

I'm talking franchises.Hard to name Eagle players that spent entire 15 year career with team.Other franchises had loyalty even in post free agency.

steve young had his career ended by a concussion, and he doesnt even fit your criteria anyway since he first played for the bucs

you look at 49er hall of fame players who played for us since 1980 and there are no players who havent played for another team. it is what it is
