I wanna hear from Sixers fans.

This was a young team who gave the Heat some challenges last year because they were athletic and could run with us. I still think Evan Turner should be a star in this league. Whats up with Holiday? Thought them cats would be the Nuggets of the East

Jrue Holiday is the whole team. With Bynum there a playoff team. If they kept iggy there a top 5 seed IMO. Decent bench, LAZY defense by the whole team, wish we had a nick collision type of player, energy players. They have bright futures though, why trade vucevic :why: Philly fans have to much pain with there teams :snoop:

Holiday and Turner seem like very good, young nucleus to build around. Bynum should have put them on the map. Young is also a solid player. Add Dorrell Wright and Bynum and they should have been pushing for a top 4 seed in the East this year IMO.

:blessed: finally someone with half a brain lol. There was a huge setback with Bynum & most likely getting nothing out of him & him (possibly) leaving in Free agency:sadbron:

NO Iguodala. While Iguodala is not a good offensive player, but his perimeter defense is up there.
They are not as good a defensive team as they were last year.

Evan Turner is trash. He's like a garbage version of LeBron. Instead of doing everything well, he does everything mediocre.

It's like he should be a star. He has everything, size, high draft pick status, rivalry with Derrick Rose, and it seems like he's really trying out there... but he just sucks.

--Our bench is horrible compared to last season.
last season, it was Thad, Lou, Lavoy, and Turner coming off the bench-- later it was Meeks on the bench instead of Turner.

-- No vet leadership. Brand and Iguodala held shyt together. Wilkins and Ivey are the old heads on the team but they aint really leaders, just role players. Even though Brand was on bad legs, he worked his ass off and his effort was never in doubt and it rubbed off the rest of the guys.

--Bynum :snoop:

-- Lavoy, Hawes, Kwame Brown are our bigs. None of which should be starting in the NBA right now. Lavoy is ok, but he is not built for big minutes. Hawes is just a waste of 7 feet, cant rebound or defend a lick. Kwame's barely played.

-- J Rich getting hurt was somewhat of a big deal. Early in the season when he was starting, he was really the one to get the offense going. Someone who can knock down shots when Jrue or Evan penetrated.

-- Nick Young has been inconsistent playing the Lou Will role. Sometimes it look like he dont even want to be out there.

-- Dorell Wright was brought in to be a long range shooter, but is throwing up airballs. nikka shoulda stayed out west :heh:

--Turner is wildly inconsistent. Some games he goes for it and plays great, then he will disappear for a stretch of games. I notice that he seems more interested when we play against the better teams. Which is why we keep losing to Clevelands and Orlandos.

I could go on and on about what is wrong with the squad, I watch every game. shyt is becoming a headache to watch.

think of every player who was important to the team last year, now take them out. oh and take out that one rookie who didn't get to play in the playoffs. that's the sixers

He's ineffective when the ball is not in his hands. He cannot move quick enough to get open. Thats why when him and Jrue are out there together, the offense is stagnant, then we get to the final seconds on the clock and throw up a weak shot.

Back during that draft I used to think the Wizards should have chosen Turner over Wall. I thought Wall was more NBA ready but I thought Turner's ceiling was greater just because the impact a dominant 6'7 sf could do for you >> a pg can do.

:whew: Boy was I wrong

ohhh...

Never thought he was 6'7" tall. Looks shorter than that like around 6'4" like D-Wade.

Im going based off Wikipedia , I could be wrong. ESPN also has him as 6' 7" but you can never know these nikkas true height cause they're always lying
