For real. A lot of folks act like rich people don't splurge and flex, especially for the gram. There's a whole subset of IG dedicated to rich people doing rich people things ("Rich Kids" of Instagram 2017) . Who's buying luxury goods if not for the wealthy?

In LA, the majority of rich people don't move like Silicon Valley geeks - and truth be told, that "sneakers and a hoodie" image is just carefully cultivated bullshyt; that basic fit alone probably costs upwards $2k - they spend money and post shyt online, just like every other poser.
