Because they are probably coming or going to work....dont nobody keep that on when they dont have to...

If you see them at a sports events its usually free if they are in uniform or a part of there duty day.

On sunday he could of been coming from drill or anything. ..or he could of been a brand new private who just graduated ait...its nothing more then a utility uniform. ..

Not all of us work mon-fri hell ive even work swings and mids where I worked every other day.
