White people don't have this anxiety around what their own are doing because most normal white people don't see themselves as a monolith. Nobody asks "white leaders" what they're going to do about white on white crime. Racism creates self hatred within weak willed black people. You can either make fun of those weak willed black people who've adopted white supremacist framing around black people or try to reprogram them. That's literally where the concept of being "woke" came from before whites decided they'd use it as a slur.
