Lol have you ever been to the Sahara desert and seen what berber tribes look like? Think people who are indegenous to desert regions are cacs lol. They are black. Not sure where the term sand cac came from because it's well known people of the desert are black. Those sand cacs you are talking about are arabs of turkish descent.
