Personally I can't understand why people think there has to be a specific reason. The white/black hate paradigm is hardly the only one of its kind.

Christians and Muslims and Jews, white and black and yellow and brown, catholics and protestants, Shia and Sunni, Chinese and Japanese and Koreans and countless other groups across the whole world have hated, abused, raped and murdered each other since going back into the mists of time. The reasons - if any - don't matter. They have always been mostly superficial, and only act as excuses.

People hate other people for the same reason people love other people, for the same reasons people kill other people, for the same reasons people have sex with other people: that's what humans do. Because we are nothing but overbrained apes. What other explanation is there?
