Why do women get validation from being in relationships?

Theyre women, it's different. If they were concerned about looking weak, then they would overcompensate by being the strong independent woman. Most women don't look at others in a relationship as weak.

Feminine power is more mental/passive/indirect, whereas masculine power is more physical/aggressive/direct.

A man is more likely to say someone is doing something for me, it makes me look weak (as if he is incapable of doing it himself directly).
Instead, a woman in a relationship can be considered strong, or powerful, by passively manipulating her man into doing stuff for her.
