Why do women wear tight clothes to the gym or to workout?

corny comeback. i'll take that as you conceding my point. Unless you can explain why you cool with examples 1 and 2, but not 3.
I'm not conceding anything. As I said earlier to someone else, nobody is "mad" at the shape of #3 itself, it's then doing it but getting mad at getting attention from all men and not just their yoked up model looking gym crush or whoever.

Comparing leggings or some of these shorts that go up their asses to a Sunday dress is disingenuous.

My opinion….women like to feel and look sexy :manny:. As a heterosexual man, I appreciate it. Fellas, take your glance, but don’t stare like a creep.

My only complaint to women, don’t be surprised if you get unwanted attention.

I never said anything about smelling like a butterfly lol. I sweat a lot, and I'm not trying to be all wet and hot. We have more working parts than y'all, sitting in wet warm pants can give you a yeast infection. Y'all don't want to have these conversations :pachaha: .

I'm not even wearing super cute gym clothes. This is my average gym outfit.

It's nothing special and I'm really not there for attention. If anything I try not to even make eye contact with people because I just want to work out and I'm focused. I don't know why y'all act like you would be trying to ogle a woman wearing a burka too.

This is not the kind of outfit we're talking about.

I dont know, previously it was not like this. These days, practically nothing is left to the imagination lol. I am working out to day and I was like shyt, my natural instict is to check it out lol.

A lot of these posters are being deliberately obtuse. Apparently if you're against over sexualizing the gym environment you're gay. As if men can't have standards.

Also, maybe y'all brehs should try to rock yoga pants with no draws on like these females and see if you don't get kicked out or even end up on some type of deviant register.. Clearly there's a double standard here.

I really wish you and a lot of other men would understand some of us really are there to workout. Not acquire new dikk, flirt or be the gym hottie. I go to the gym to kill calories, anything else that happens is secondary. I wear what's comfortable TO ME. I used to wear looser gym clothes to not bring attention to myself but realized when I wear compression/spandex I can move better and it felt better. I'm not wearing clothes to make others feel comfortable when I'm the one working out

I walk into the gym in headphones, they'e not on but I do it so people won't chatty patty me. While I'm working out, unless it's someone I know or a trainer, I don't talk to people unless it involves the use of a machine etc. If people are talking to me or trying to get my attention, unless they come up to me or wave a giant red flag, I'm zoned out looking ugly. Men stare all the time, idc. Had one dude who used to position himself in front of whatever machine I was on and just stare from across the room, no reps or nothing. I did my workout and kept it moving. Once I finish my workout I grab my things and go home. Rinse repeat
This is a interesting take, as is this thread. It went about as I expected.

What's interesting to me is you want men and women to acknowledge that what have on is for your own comfort regardless of how it can be perceived.

That would be like me walking into a bank with a mask and gun in hand then wishing people understood I'm just most comfortable carrying myself this way.

I mean I get it. But just like men have to be aware of there behavior women should be aware of there attire. Wanting to be comfortable is not really a good excuse imo.

Being curvy I get it's even more difficult but I mean unless you want the attention you should make a effort to "avoid" it if possible

Women like attention...but you don't have to give it to them :yeshrug:

Do your workout and move on. You can make eye contact to let her know "Hey :shaq: " but if she's focused on her workout (like we should all be) then it shouldn't be that big of a deal

Likewise, ladies if ya'll wearing the tightest thing possible and showing cameltoe and such as the gym, don't be surprised if you don't catch a glance

We're men...we are generally visually stimulated creatures and we can't ascertain your personality without a conversation, so our initial interest in you is more than likely what we observe from afar

I think the better question is why is so
Many Fitness Brands only make Tight clothing for women to work out in.. but I'mma let y'all cook lol

They aren't though. You can find appropriate workout attire. They even have modest workout attire for Muslim women

These hoes are actively looking for and buying these spandex hot-pink / hot-yellow tight ass outfits

So you can enjoy that genuine pungent flavor when she gets off the machine she was just rubbing her nani and spread buttcrack over as she was doing her reps.

Put the towel over your head, close your eyes and just get to know Her° for a quick five seconds.

Then get to work on the bar

It was difficult just to find something for my wife with pockets because of how tight the clothes are. You can lowkey tell who who doesn't have a woman in here by some of the replies.

I get attention at the grocery when I'm "avoiding it" in joggers and no makeup lol. When I'm in the gym working out for an hour or whatever, anyone's perception is me is moot. I am there to for one thing and one only. Never have I ever put any thought into what other people are doing while I'm working out. As long as people aren't stinking up the joint or annoying me, we can co-exist in this gym for an hour.

Wanting to be comfortable will never be good enough for you because you're walking into it with your mind made up that's it's agenda based because you're a man looking at women in tight clothes. I'm not saying some of these women aren't on bs but to assume we all have an agenda is wild as hell. Even when I did try to "avoid it" by wearing looser clothes men still stared and or made comments, it is what it is. I know women cannot win in the gym no matter what we do but I'm still going to go, do my thing and mind my business
