Man my sister doesn't like any meats with bones. It always annoyed me when we were younger. She still doesn't to this day like you are missing out on a lot of good shyt. They came to visit and I made my oxtail that everyone who's ever had it "slaps their momma" over and she's like it doesn't have enough meat and it's nothing but bones and fat. Meanwhile everyone is killing it that shyt irked me. She eventually tried it and loved the flavor atleast.
