Why do you LOSERS care about your THREADS "doing numbers"

dont get many responses when i actually make threads & small love when i post but i mostly lurk so my threads be random thoughts & my posts be real sh!t, i just assume people agree & leave it be... i leave for days, come back wit 1 notification... i come for & engage in f_ckery... doesnt matter to me...

I was just reading Havoc's thread and I feel him on what he's saying. Threads are super redundant and corny and every body is in Havoc's thread saying "let them do their numbers"...okay, then what?

Rep power is meaningless, daps are meaningless, 1 star threads are meaningless and thread counts are meaningless.

I get joking around and saying neg rep or 1 star or whatever but do yall really take it to heart like that?

Do nikkas get trophies or certificates and the end of this shyt? This is my Rant.

I think that it's important to people because a lot of people here haven't met before and we can be a little more brutally honest with one another about what we post. If people rack up lots of daps or if they have a strong amount of reputation for what they're posting, it goes a lot longer to support their opinions rather than affirmation from someone that they know, in person, just for the sake of being polite.

In other words, I haven't met any of you. There's no social obligation for you to be nice to me and there's no social obligation for me to be nice to you because we haven't met and we aren't really risking a friendship with someone. So why communicate at all? We are exchanging what we think are valuable opinions and information, and then we wait for feedback, both positive and negative in order to figure out if we had it right (confirmation by daps) or wrong (really good counter-arguments).

With that said... you answered your own question in the title. (losers)

Whether or not that's the right answer is up to interpretation after you read my answer, and everyone else's answer in this thread.

The forums problem isnt that these degenerates make these dumb ass threads........its the level of acknowledgment they receive from them.........

Only thing these nikkas is doing is running the legit posters away and creating an enviornment that no serious person is going to entertain....

Yeah there are some dumb ass threads that need to be moved to JBO or the bushes in TLR. I guess it's a decision thats bk and bkson have to make in terms of trolls though. For one you don't want to end up like sohh and be dropping immediate ban hammers on posters but on the other hand you don't want the board to become shyt either. I guess it's a decision they'll have to make eventually.

Dudes are ridiculous on here.

They worried about doing numbers, which is really all about reputation, but then their ACTUAL reputation is deep in the red.

at a nikka’s thread “doing numbers” when it’s 2-3 people arguing back and forth for 5-6 pages which happens ALL THE TIME.

In fact, you nikkas ain’t even CONSISTENT with the whole concept of “doing numbers”…I mean, I could see if you started a thread and ERE’BODY responded to it because it was just THAT intriguing of a topic…..and you had a variety of different posters responding and contributing to the thread. That’s a LEGIT way of “doing numbers”.

However….the current reality is that people could be shytting on these bums throughout their threads, but as long as it’s ten pages worth of shytting on them, it’s somehow okay because they’re still “doing numbers”.

I agree with @Fredrick Thuglas

but one thing to remember tho. The biggest problems that people have with this site all come from this forum, The Locker Room. The one board without any focus to it at all, just random discussion that leads to the shock posts and everybody trying to be a comedian.

Honestly this place is pretty great as long as you post in the other forums and only venture in here for some fukkery every now and again. The more balanced you are on here in your interests the better off you'll be IMO.

I would agree but these threads are baiting people to replies and its the same recycled topic so I don't understand where the gratification comes from? Do they look at all of the duplicate threads with some sense of accomplishment?

Its like rappers who make club songs that have no replay value...these "plat" threads aren't anything that you can even revisit...some of the threads are creative but most are just "black women this" "white woman that", ect.

Eh, I tried to start a few threads without too much luck... I mean, every time I post I try to keep in mind that this forum is called, "The Locker Room" so I try to keep the talk around that level. I guess when people rehash that thread, they are looking for new breakthrough arguments.
