It's not an easy answer.

In my experience, women want you engage a spectrum of their emotions. A 9-5 nikka can't do that at the same level. Bad boys, rich nikkas, celebs, athletes, etc etc can do that just by the nature of who they are.

It sucks, but as an average dude you gotta find a way to be interesting, but you have to be stable too. Those things don't really coexist for most men. I think that's why a lot of women feel like they are settling.
