Fabulous thread its always the side deals that kill the game but my strategy is to grab the two browns early and set up the Marriott suites on the block around go. It's so low maintenance to build up so I'm first out the gate. But that not paying for two turns around the board and side hustles have me like . If you trade my the two yellows once I build you only have to pay 20% or if I pay for you to build up I'm immune and I need a 35% cut on the rent that type of sh!t have me like cats b breaking out ti-83 and all Smh

I basically get all the cheaper properties, then i get the properites on the jail blocc.

Me and my brother almost came to blows and stopped speaking for a while over that game. We played against our girlfriends and we was talking all kinds of shyt. But he would always let his girl have her way when arguing about a point. The final straw was when he started missing easy questions

Man, I had never played Monopoly until I started playing with my baby's mother family. After that 1st night, I started playing again and I was the one cutting side deals. shyt was funny, and I enjoyed playing against them. And after like the third time playing, I was winning all the time. They got mad because I was winning so much. They would even loan each other money just so they wouldn't go bankrupt. It was a conspiracy against me, and I still beat them. I do miss those times though.
