yup. this and you're more than likely better looking and clearly more swagger out than that dude at the current moment. I have this happen to me ALOT, especially when I have a specific item on/with me like a nice pair of shoes, my leather duffel, coat or this hat I just copped. I find that bummy cats will do that stare down shyt but a lot of batty boys (especially here in NYC) do it with no shame in their game. But I instantly give them the face and let them know it aint that kind of party
