I've LOST 30 pounds just by stop drinking regular soda. I drink 48oz of water daily and only drink diet soda to go with my lunch, five calorie sparking sparkling water with my dinner.
What’s the gimmick
If you’re really trying to get healthy and not just talking about it, you have to give up pretty much drinking anything other than water, black coffee , green tea , stuff like that. This includes alcohol also
