The setting he laid out in the first half was him being stuck in his momma's basement having to ask for his uncles permission to go on the road

then he transitions into "i just think its funny how it goes now im on the road half a milli for the show"

He's simply telling us where he came from and then tells us how it looks like on the top he has reached and thats it

Yes, thats why he shows his white mom and her suburb home in the video, kids playing soccer, him working at super market, talking about rinding his uncles Lexus and stuff..
He could talk about how his mother was ill and his family was living of his acting checks, how he lived in Memphis during the summer and his father got locked up and shyt like that IF he was trying to talk about "poverty".
