why does every job need "good communication" skills?

my interview skills are on par or worse than chief keefs.



my english is horrible too. in real life i cant stop cursing either

I judge businesses by their customer-facing staff. And it's not just by communication skills, either. Especially small businesses. a$$holes will typically hire a$$holes

It's the worst breh I'm so much better at interviewing in person. I realize they do a phone interview to see if you're worth having come in to do an inperson interview but still when I'm not nervous as fukk I'm a really good communicator and just interacting with people in general. Now I gotta sit here doing nothing in case they call late. It's an accounting staffing agency and they use this online thing to schedule phone interviews, I might've messed that up or something, and I also set my interview time as the last of the day, something might've happened but at least call and say we need to reschedule if they don't call at all I'm just gonna reschedule another time through that online thingy I mentioned.

You still need to be able to communicate with others when they tell you where the dirty toilets are, when they're good enough to use, small talk when nothing is happening, etc.

ive had jobs before. so obviously i can understand english and listen. but they arent after that. they want soemone who can talk the talk in the interrview and be charming and all this bull shyt. im a piece of shyt criminal who only cares about collecting a cheqck. i dont care about small talk or making friends. i got enough of those already.
