so we arent applying the hardest workers or most qualified anymore. its just whos friendliest and nicest to get along with. this is why im mad.

But you just said the reason why you didn't make it was because of communication skills. :why:
Maybe if you practiced a little more, you could communicate better just how qualified you really are.

i tell people how qualified i am. i just dont kiss their ass or act like the interviewer is somehow superior to me. if the interviewer is a woman ive got the job from previous experience. if its some hero male who is the type of guy i used to bully at school and now wants some sort of revenge against the cool kids that bullied him then im fukked.

im the cool guy who boxes and smokes weeds and is a notorious partier. squares dont like me. like middle aged white dudes in their button up shirt trying to interview me. i feel superior to them because i am. like if you turned off the lights id fukk you up in this room and ill be the one walking out without a scratch. just because you were a nerd and did well in school doesnt mean youre somehow better than me :why:

then im the a$$hole because i told you "i dont need to talk to you. i dont need to be your friend. can you just go away from me and sit in the corner somewhere? and leave me to work in peace so i can get the fukk out of this place asap."
:why:

its not even extroverts that is the problem. most of my friends are extroverts some loud hood nikkas. but its the middle aged white men and white women trying to talk to you and be your friend that really gets me.

I play the game and make myself look :leon: to them

They: So you play golf? Travel to exotic locations? :ohhh:

Me: Yep. :smugdraper:

They: Sorry I underestimated you. Mind if we have this conversation later?

Me: Only when I initiate it. :scheme:

And what do I mean 'when' to continue the conversation? NEVER.

:comeon: This is indicative of poor communication skills. There is no need to be antagonizing people who may have no ulterior motives.

A simple, " I can't talk right now." should be enough instead of trying to force people away from you.

its not poor communication skills. i just speak whats on my mind. i may have autism or aspergers but i dont im just an honest person. im a terrible liar. like pretending to be interested and shyt like that. thats why im horrible in interviews too. cus theres a lot of gaps in my resume and everyone alwasy asks why ive got so many gaps in my employment history. i have nothing else to say but "i didnt care about getting a job then cus i was training for fights and didnt want to work then." and thts never good enough for them. the truth is not good enough enough for them.

@concise do you put personal interests like my amateur boxing career on my resume? people get kind of shytty with me when i talk about boxing at work like im some 3rd world peasant.

You can be honest without giving a long antagonizing rant. Be more like Marshawn Lynch. "I can't talk right now." "There's something I need to finish." etc.

If you feel you need to put boxing on your resume, don't just say how much you enjoyed it, but also the "training" and "discipline" you got from it.
