Why does every Wing•Stop have Shyt Service?

-Call to place order and phones don’t work

- Go in and takes 45 to an hour to order and another 20 to get meal

- Phone line actually works for once, call in and told order will be ready in 20, go there in 45 for good measure. Another 25 before meal is given

Wingstop has the worst service of all places, is there a worse place?

I won't lie. This is what made me strictly order online.

Wing stop is kinda pricey too. If I'm buying for the family, it's a Saturday night treat

Yeah, I figured that it was. That tells me that depending on who runs a particular franchise or if it is corporate operated then the customer service and quality of food may vary..

I also know this..The whiter the area, the less out of pocket the customer service will be. White people will not tolerate too much bad customer service! They will call corporate or the franchisee on a worker in a minute!

I have only read one poor rating from Wing Stop near my spot and said WS is in a heavily Latino area. The other two a in a white area. Difference in customer sercice..

But I done hit up a few more that were lacking as well. Keep in mind the customer service isn’t bad , what I meant was extremely slow tbh. Just wondered if other brehs was feelin the same.

I was speaking on my experience and observation. I know for a fact that white people do NOT accept poor customer service! I also know that when it comes to food, the quality of the food has to be top notch!

Franchises are ran differently depending who owns them. You may be right about the ones your way, but it isn’t a norm to have really slow service. If your local Wing Stop is slow, then it maybe it’s the workers who is cooking the food which is typically teenagers or young adults or they may be understaffed or really busy..
