I've never seen this evidence that Jay hates Cam. Jay doesn't keep Cam's name in his mouth all the time. Jay doesn't constantly try and son Cam in public and private. The only proof is Cam's constant mentioning of Jay, which points to Cam being the one with the hate in his heart.
