That's the one thing that never escapes me about JBL. He'll praise faces sometimes and later go on to bash them.

I mean, this could work in theory, but I feel like JBL's fallen off a lot ever since he came back. When he first returned in 2012, the commentary was so refreshing and it felt like JBL and Cole played off of each other well. Fast forward four years later, and that chemistry is gone because JBL's just another commentator now.
