I don't watch basketball but I can imagine it's because he knows he's not that funny, and that his career isn't going to last that much longer and that he'll never be considered a great, so he's trying to get in as much air time as possible.

lol @ all the hate. Hart won't ever contend for GOAT comedian or funniest man alive, but if you find NOTHING he does funny then you are straight up hating IMO.

And IMO he is at his best when interacting with people on their everyday job like on the set at the All Star game last night.

His acting is sometimes cringe worthy because he over does it, but his stand ups are good.
