You ever had a job where everything is cool, people are cool, office is relaxed, you're all meeting the goals etc. A well oil-ed machine seemingly.
THEN, maybe the department manager gets moved or promoted to another job, and then they bring in some clown who f's the entire situation up.
It's like, why don't you just come in and find out what was working before and just keep that going....instead of trying to act like, "there's a new sheriff in town" and re-arrange everything so you can get credit for doing it your way? Now you've pissed everyone off, people are less productive, under more pressure and ultimately become less effective.
The bad thing is, these type of ppl are the ones who most often catch the eye of executive management.
And all they do is fail upwards basically.
