When a person's opinion on Mugabe contains the word "cronies" I immediately discount it based on the giveaway of their sources.

:martin:Despite the fact that he single handedly destroyed his peoples economy and exasperated instability in the congo. I keep running into folks who look up to mugabe like hes some bastion of black power. I get that he kicked out the cacs and the other parasites who were holding alot of Zimbabwes wealth but its leaders like him that fuked up Africa the most after independence. Zimbabwe now has an unemployment rate of 80 percent. His cronies have taken alot of the countries wealth and has turned Zimbabwe from the breadbasket of Africa to a major food aid recipient with a few years
He gets love for being hard on cacs.:manny:

Zimbabwe was en route to becoming a highly successful African nation. Although the West was VERY complicit in the disaster occurring (:pacspit:), what ZANU-PF did was highly avoidable. It really didn't have to end that way.

So how is he an example of being a "pro black" militant? I'm still trying to make the connection cause it looks like he was a puppet who made a few white folks upset over time, now western propaganda are calling him "evil"...

How specifically would you serve the people after getting "control" (in image only of course) of a country after centuries of invasions, land theft, slavery schemes and genocides? How would you work around foreign sanctions and propaganda? Specifically.

Well the first thing i would do is make peace between the tribes. There would elected member of my cabinet that represents all major tribes. I will internally work uniting the tribes under one national unity which would take years/decades to build while establishing national policies. I will continue to work with imperialists. I will not show them door....at least not yet.

They have knowledge that we need that they have acquired over centuries. So yes.. I will continue to deal with them. I would invite companies....build schools that welcome foreign nationals.

While having the locals train under them. From the native population....i will give rank to the brightest of every field. I would give native expats incentives to come back to invest in the country.

I would encouraging the mixing of tribes ine every major city to dilute over time tribalism city centers. But it would be done softly....

Essentially, a long term to transfer knowledge. Huge government grants to sttimulate entrepreneurship in all the necessary fields (science, technology, military, innovation, think tanks, transportation, communication etc...)

Treason would not be tolerated....it would be death penalty. Why? When a nation is in the process of building...it is at its weakest. One misstep can destroy its future...so capital punishment will be absolutely necessary while it goes through it's growing pains.

I wouldnt personally invest in businesses with my president salar to build up a fortune to build up connections and to maintain my power while in office.

And how would you deal with imperialists making unreasonable demands of foreign land ownership? How would you deal with economic sanctions if you don't agree with massively lopsided deals that only serve the interest of European mega corporations to maintain the status quo?

Nothing is black and white...this is what separates good politicians from bad ones. Finesse is what is lacking with many politicians. What kills african politics arent imperialists...it is internal conflict. When the house is not in order it can easily be seized.
Every cou d'etat can be traced back to a traitor within its ranks that did underhand dealings.

There are two battles: internal and external both need equal attention. That's what has constantly killed africa as a whole.

Allies must be built and dependent on the dealings i would have to sign contracts that may at first glance appear in their favour long term while i gain ground underneath. African countries arent united.

Small victories built over time are better than immediate ones. Case in point with mugabe kicking white farmers. I wouldnt have handled that way. You have a nations dignity/self respect before it can face a former enemy. Many africans think that the white man is smarter/more beautiful/more adept. You can't fight with a population of broken people.

Clearly knowledge can be lost and after a refresher we can improve on outdated techniques.

You can't throw out knowledge just because a cac said it
Nope. Nope. Nope. They are probably just taking longer to train farmers. It's not lost of knowledge. That's a cop out. If he kicked cacs out and the farms were vacant it takes time to fill those positions and teach the people who take up the responsibility.

Also I'm not well versed on the agriculture sectee in Zimbabwe. I would love of a coli breh in here is privy to any info that could inform me on that. Cause from the basic info posters are typing up. It's not adding up.

Lol ok Bill O'Reilly, that sounds good on paper but you didn't answer question... Funny when it comes to African traitors you'll swiftly send him/her to death... Yet when it comes to the European degenerates who enable/fund/arm these treasonous individuals and the root of the problem, you get to tap dancing...

I wonder why:francis:

The agenda is strong in this thread.
Got dudes calling a female "stupid ****** bytch" :scust:
CACS getting their cac on :scust:
Posters taking any chance to hate on Africa and Africans:scust:

Mugabe isn't a great (or even good) leader by any stretch of the imagination but any reasonably smart person already knew that.
Most people just know him for expelling the white people tho, and he thus became the poster boy for the meme/social media/retweet/IG crew:manny:

Everything sounds good on paper because you cant foresee every single variable. Most has to be learned by doing. Nation building isnt a mathematical equation.
