No city in the USA has gotten over 700 homicides in the past 13 years, but in the 70s,80s and 90s, getting 900+,1000+,2000+ was a yearly thing

Old white Baby boomers and most old folk disconnected with reality just go by the news and media outlets as a gateway for info about what "we" are like. Because we too "entitled, lazy, savage" etc.
