Digital Foundry been Sony fanboys talking about its looks better in 4K on PS4 when they didn't list the specs or any other shyt.
That seems strange, but it's probably the extra effects and graphical options they put in the pc version. The PCSS shadows are godly...they make the game look so good.
I played at 4K all maxed out on everything (except AA, since it's not needed at 4K), and the game was one of the best looking games I've ever played.

Do u know what looks better on the PC to u? That's where u need to start at. U talkin bout resolution when that's prolly not even what u feel the graphics difference is. PC has so many different settings that can look better than console u have to take that into consideration.

They said it looks better in 4K than on the BASE PS4. NOT PC. They specifically said the game looks better on PC. Listed the reasons the PC version looks better and why it's the best version of the game to play if u have the right hardware to run it. Also. They def not Sony fanboys. They been nitpicking the console since release which in turn is the reason they nerfed The Last Of Us remastered. Complaining about like 2fps drops n shyt.
