You guys act like a CO can't make moves. Plenty of CO's who sell dope.

He was a CO for 2 years. Do you realize how closely new recruits are watched? They don't get access to high up criminals etc. They look in a$$holes for contraband. Ross wasn't moving anything. That's why he tried to deny it for so long.
