In LA there's just no way you can false flag a hood as big as Hoover without being called out, or shot at. Q is official, its just that both him, Jay Rock, Kendrick noticed a shift in the LA scene. As more blacks left south la, compton (now replaced by messicans), and with the legalization of weed 3 strike law , injunctions , nikkas started chillin in the burbs and enjoying themselves, super bangers doing life or dead. Folks prefer to chill out and smoke instead of being out there banging, shyt got played. MellowHype gets more gigs than any underground crip rapper . Plus LA nikkas are about money, its not mindless like chiraq.

We still have baby gangsters out there but these nikkas will land ZERO shows, and if they do, LAPD got injunction on all them nikkas. Arrests will be made swift and with no warrants. LA ain't playin that bulllshyt no more.
