Lucid Motors has already proven to have the best tech in the EV space (EPA 520 miles per charge) and is actual luxury.

proven.. how many cars they have on the road then....

I don't like Tesla because they have terrible customer service.

you own one...

wait until mercedes drops the EQE and EQC. Both coming out in 2022 i think.

what about charging stations? Mercedes has that infrastructure yet? and how many people can afford a 80-100+ ev?

there's charging stations everywhere in major cities plus I think you can use Tesla's stations even if you don't have one. Regular gas stations have EV stations here in Cali now. Plus if you have a house you can charge at home.

The Model S is 80-100k which is what the EQS is compared to. The EQE and EQC will be cheaper and will compete with the Model 3/Model Y pricing.

I agree with the OP but to answer

you took the hate out of the equation in your question and then reasked it
so of course you're gonna get a weird convoluted answer ... its like saying "Harvey Weinstein rape accusations aside, whats wrong with the movies he produced... just the movies?"

Tesla is great for now, because its time for all that
electric cars been around and been known to be faster and more efficient forever
he was just chosen as the figurehead for the movement at the right time and place with wealth

amazon is the same concept... people been doing what they did decades before
they just came bigger at the right time and expanded it way beyond normal
before you had more people eating off processing, shipping, delivery etc
all they did was invest in their own warehouses and shipping and cut out the middle men

but nothing they did was done first its all old shyt polished and monopolized better

Nine Early Electric Cars From The 1990s That We Forgot About @ Top Speed

plus you got the advancement in batteries ... on a smaller level you can apply this entire concept to lawncare. I can plug a battery into my chainsaw, drill, trimmer, mower and impact gun and run them all in the same day then recharge it in 3 hours

most things in life are money, timing and demand
same reason in the 90s "Ask Jeeves" was bigger than Amazon and Google
some aviation company is waiting in the cut for the perfect time to do the same thing Tesla is doing at the right time
it could be done now, but its not the right time to blow

From what I saw both the EQE and EQC are at least 20k more than the Tesla 3

I have solar though them. Plus we have a contract with them at work. We have tesla battery packs to power the beef plant I work at. Both have been bad experiences. I talk to the guys who work for them and they say the samething.
