I think that's when the site goes thru a data backup or something like that. Convenient for U.S. posters since not many are on at that time. International posters not so much since that may be in the middle of their afternoon or evening.

I get to work at 5am.

After about 25-30 minutes of checking emails, I go to check theColi and it's always offline. Then I gotta go back to doing real work lol.
